If you have a problem that you can't fix, and you don't have the time to find it, perhaps I can help you.

If you can tell me how to reproduce the problem and give me access to your environment, I can probably find the cause of the problem. Depending on the type of the problem, I usually start by making a communications diagram and by tracing packets through the layers of the application and infrastructure (think of the OSI-model). Sooner or later we'll find a misbehaving application, a switch problem, a misbehaving firewall, some DNS issue, IPv6 issues, etc. It might take some time, but we'll get there!
